Shipping policy

When will I receive my product?

Sinji uses its own warehouse in The Hague for packing and shipping products. Items from our warehouse are typically shipped within 1-2 working days. 

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within the Netherlands costs €6.95. For destinations outside the Netherlands, the shipping cost is €7.95. Shipping is free for orders above €100 in the Netherlands, except for special product discounts and campaigns.

How can I track my order?

Sinji sends products that fit through the mailbox without tracking code.  In case the product will be send by parcel service, you can request the tracking code at our customer service.
If, by unforeseen circumstances, you did not receive your order, contact our customer service.

Can I return a product?

All products can be returned within 30 days. To return a product, follow the following procedure:

1. Contact our customer service
2. The customer service will send you a return number and return address.
3. Use the return number, return address and instructions to return the product.
4. Depending on the reason of return, you will receive back the money paid or a replacement product.
5. If the return has not been handled as per return instructions, Sinji cannot guarantee proper handling of the return process.
